How the app reads your pages

• When you save a page, its text is sent encrypted to a service hosted in Europe.
• An AI hosted in Europe reads it automatically to keep your goals, what matters to you and your mood. No human reads it.
• What the app keeps is only used to prepare your notifications and ideas for writing.
• Photos and stickers are never read.
• Your pages are never sold, nor used to train an AI.
• Everything the app has kept is in My space. You can correct or erase it at any time.

What the AI produces

• A few short sentences: "What the app kept".
• A short reply under a new page (you can turn it off: My space → What the app kept → Reply after writing).
• Motivation topics, suggested only if you say "Yes".
• Action ideas for a goal and questions to help you write.

The notifications themselves come from a library of hand-written texts; they never quote your journal.

What the AI never does

• It doesn't talk like a person and has no name.
• It gives no medical advice, no diet, no weight numbers.
• It decides nothing for you: you confirm, correct or erase.

You stay in control

In My space, you can correct or erase what the app has kept, stop notifications, export your pages or delete your account. More details in the privacy policy.
