Delete my account

In the app

Open My space → My journal is private.
Tap "Delete my account", read what will be deleted, then "Continue".
Confirm.

What happens

Your journal is saved with Apple or an email address: it leaves your phone right away, and it is erased for good 30 days later. Until then, nothing runs on your account (no reading, no notifications). To cancel, sign in again with the same Apple account or email address before that date: everything comes back.
"Delete right away": everything is erased at once, with no way back.
Your journal was never saved: it is erased at once.

What is erased: all your pages with their photos and stickers, your goals and actions, what the app kept, your notifications and your settings. Sign in with Apple is revoked. Technical backups are erased within the following 30 days. Only one line of the security log (the date, the code "account deleted" and the account identifier) is kept for 6 months.

Your subscription continues until you cancel it. Cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Before deleting, you can export your journal: My space → My journal is private → Export my journal.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, write to monere.application@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account", from your account's email address if you have one, or saying how your journal was saved. Answer within one month (in practice a few days).
